📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns to prep units for new residents.
• Perform resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May provide direction and training to other technicians.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team skills, community needs, systems and season.

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
