📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members
• Complete basic apartment turns to prepare apartments for new residents
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• Provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians
• Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests
• Comfort with physical activity to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
