📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents while maintaining a safe, professional work
• Complete apartment turns to AIR quality standards and prepares homes for new resident move-ins.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing components, basic electrical systems, HVAC
• Respond to resident service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections when needed.
• Support vendor coordination and quality control efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally in facilities, building, or related maintenance
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage.
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond to emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical demands including lifting, climbing stairs and ladders, and working
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
