📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members
• Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to make apartment ready for next
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (troubleshoot and repair/replace
• May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities/building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call
• Reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours
• Comfort with physical activity; able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
