• Onsite maintenance tech for Garner, NC community
• Turn apartments and handle service requests daily
• Resolve repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• May train other techs and support vendor quality
• Move-in/move-out inspections when needed
• Work varies by team needs and seasonality

• Desire to use tech to help residents daily

• Reliable team player
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
