Apartment Maintenance Technician - Villages at Pecan Grove

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members
• Follow AIR's process for completion of basic apartment turns
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC
• Provide functional and technical direction to other Maintenance Technicians as needed
• Support the development of technical skills of team members
• Assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong work ethic
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction in each interaction
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment
