• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, such as property management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to address resident needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on commitments
• Comfortable using technology and learning systems used to manage resident information and
