Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Make-ready vacant apartments: pre-move-out, punch list, schedule vendors, inspect.
• Access materials and tools; track inventory; return unused items; notify for reorders.
• Assist grounds/amenities: trash removal, pressure-wash, cleaning, paint curbs/signage.
• Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Participate in quarterly preventative maintenance program.
• On-call rotation after hours per Morguard guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years residential maintenance experience, including work orders and make-ready.
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Universal is required.
• CPO is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Drug test, credit / criminal background check and reliable transportation required.
