Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Resolve work orders and perform preventive maintenance
• Assist residents with open work orders and minor apartment repairs
• Support Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager
• Walk the property daily and maintain grounds
• Turn around vacant units for new residents
• Adhere to safety policies and Fair Housing laws

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I & II / EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver's license; after-hours weekend emergencies
• Experience with plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance repair
• Mid-rise apartment community experience; closing work orders
• High school diploma; technical school preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
