Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Resolve work orders and perform routine apartment maintenance.
• Assist Lead Maintenance Tech and Community Manager.
• Work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; on-call rotation.
• On-call rotation with two co-workers; weekly stipend.
• Maintain safety practices and Fair Housing compliance.
• Walk property daily and prep vacants for new residents.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, or appliance repair experience.
• Mid-rise apartment community experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required.
