Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service
• Preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing problems and making repairs
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing
• Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials and supplies
• Assists in maintenance of grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance experience
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
• EPA Universal certification is required
• Valid driver's license required
• Drug test, credit/criminal background check and reliable transportation required
