Apartment Service Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

📋 Description

• Diagnose defects and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Make-ready vacant apartments; perform pre-move-out punch lists.
• Manage materials and inventory; notify re-ordering needs.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support after-hours on-call schedule per Morguard guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• EPA Universal is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Drug test and criminal/credit background checks required.
• Reliable transportation required.
