Apartment Service Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

📋 Description

• Resolve work orders with minor repairs in apartments
• Assist residents and coordinate with Lead Maintenance Technician
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in capital projects
• Work Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with lunch break
• Adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, or basic electrical troubleshooting
• Experience in luxury apartment communities with closing work orders
• Ability to respond to after-hours or weekend emergencies
• High school graduate; technical school preferred
