Prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins
Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
Support cost-cutting programs and participate in quarterly preventative maintenance
Accommodate rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule

🎯 Requirements

EPA Universal certification required
Valid driver's license required
Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair skills
Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience
Must pass drug test, credit/criminal background check
Reliable transportation required
