API Solutions Engineer with German & English

📋 Description

• Ensure end-to-end support and consultancy for international clients in choosing technical solutions
• Act as primary technical partner to the sales team, validating technical feasibility, tailoring
• Assist clients, partners, and IT service providers during implementation and in case of technical
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, progress and execution of action plans and project
• Technical Discovery & Scoping: Engaging with prospects to understand business requirements
• Pre-Sales Support: Analyze customer needs, formalize requirements, define appropriate solution

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in technical support, IT troubleshooting, and debugging in environments involving
• Good understanding of API concepts (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML) and ability to follow predefined
• Hands-on experience with web service testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or similar) is a plus
• Ability to read logs, identify root causes, and escalate complex issues when needed
• 2–5 years in technical support, IT troubleshooting, application support, or junior implementation
