Application Admin, Sales & Partnerships (Salesforce)

📋 Description

• Lead AI agents and automated workflows across internal tech stack for GTM teams
• Optimize cross-platform processes for lead management, forecasting, and partner enablement
• Administer and support Salesforce, Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, and AI platforms
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design robust integrations
• Design and launch MVPs for AI-driven tools and automation experiments
• Drive data governance and documentation across platforms for scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in cross-tool administration or platform ops with automated workflows
• Experience building or managing AI agents, bots, or LLM-based integrations
• Strong engineering mindset; proficient with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Workato)
• Salesforce administration experience; certification is a plus
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable tech solutions
• Excellent communication bridging engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows
