Application Admin, Sales & Partnerships (Salesforce)

📋 Description

• Lead AI agents and automated workflows across internal tools for GTM teams
• Optimize cross-platform processes for leads, forecasting, and partner enablement
• Administer and support Salesforce, Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, and AI platforms
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design robust integrations
• Design and launch MVPs for AI-driven tools and automation
• Drive data governance and documentation across managed platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in cross-tool admin or platform operations
• Proven experience building AI agents, bots, or LLM-based integrations
• Strong engineering mindset; proficient with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Workato)
• Experience administering Salesforce; certification is a plus
• Translate complex requirements into scalable cross-platform solutions
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on AI mindset; proactively integrating AI tools into workflows
