Application Developer - JavaScript

📋 Description

• Develop prototype apps with JavaScript, TypeScript, ArcGIS Maps SDK
• Design UX for web apps, cartographic visualizations, map workflows
• Prototype web maps, scenes, and spatial visualizations in browser
• Work with React, Angular, Svelte, or Vue to build apps and UI
• Collaborate with core DEV and SDK teams on releases, APIs, and docs
• Explore WebGL and real-time browser visuals for 2D/3D spatial experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years web dev experience with JavaScript; TypeScript preferred
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, or similar
• Experience with source control and CI/CD
• Foundational knowledge of digital cartography, data visualization, GIS
• Able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, mathematics, GIS, or related field
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally up to 25–50%
• Visa sponsorship not available; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
