Application Development Project Lead (DB Implementation)

📋 Description

• Execute defect analysis, configuration, and unit testing tasks.
• Develop and execute unit test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Defect fixes for mid/high complexity – Forms, Letters, Web Config.
• Demonstrate task-level ownership for assigned work.
• Participate in ideas of process automation.
• Timely communication to Lead and Onshore Counterpart.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of configuration experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field; certifications preferred.
