Assist in the deployment and configuration of Black Duck solutions in customer environments
Support implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants and project leads
Help customers integrate Black Duck products into their SDLC and DevOps workflows
Gather and document customer requirements
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide implementation support
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in software engineering, implementation consulting, technical support, or
Understanding of software development methodologies and application lifecycle management
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or C/C++
Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Basic understanding of application security concepts and secure development practices
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development workflows
