Application Engineer (AI Automation)

📋 Description

• Architect MCP servers to expose Salesforce services (Quote, Opportunity, Renewal) to AI agents.
• Decompose data models of Zuora, Salesforce, and ServiceNow to build AI-ready schemas.
• Develop and optimize RAG workflows and AI agents for autonomous tasks.
• Lead Agentic AI, enabling multi-agent collaboration and Agent-to-Agent communication.
• Build secure, scalable REST API integrations across cloud environments.
• Provide AI automation leadership and mentoring for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in professional software engineering.
• Python (AI/ML orchestration) and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java for enterprise services.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge; API/Object model mandatory (Apex a plus).
• AI Specialization: MCP and RAG architectures.
• API Mastery: RESTful APIs and OAuth flows.
• Autonomy: Hunter mindset; quickly learn tools like Zuora and understand data relationships.
