📋 Description

• Provide enterprise-level monitoring for services and systems
• Ensure stability, integrity and operation of production systems
• Monitor, configure and drive system optimizations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Escalate unresolved issues to PMs and software developers
• Communicate effectively with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Support/IT Help Desk roles
• BSc in Information Technology or Computer Science
• In-depth knowledge of SQL databases, especially MySQL
• Hands-on with Windows/Linux/macOS environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience troubleshooting using stack traces, log files, and APIs
