• Lead a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance and innovative engineering culture.
• Define and evolve platform architecture that supports shared code, cross-team reuse, and increased
• Make critical technical tradeoffs that balance long-term maintainability with short-term business
• Stay hands-on: drive design and implementation of core pieces of the platform.
• Drive full-stack development, leading backend and frontend implementations as needed.
• Conduct deep technical research to identify and implement the best solutions for performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using AI tools within the software development lifecycle, including the ability to
• 2+ years as a Engineering Team Lead with demonstrated people leadership and delivery ownership.
• 5+ years building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong, practical experience with mobile CI/CD for iOS & Android (build automation, signing
• Proven experience building SDKs, libraries or developer tooling that are consumed by multiple
• Excellent communicator, able to align technical strategy with product needs and translate tradeoffs
