📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
  • Build and maintain customer-facing applications and portals
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle
  • Implement customer service capabilities within Dynamics 365
  • Develop AI-powered solutions including Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, and conversational chat
  • Integrate intelligent document processing using Microsoft Document Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
  • Experience building Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing applications
  • Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and testing skills
  • Full software development lifecycle experience
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
