📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business and operational
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital applications that deliver accessible
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including translating requirements into technical
• Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality and support integration of modern customer
• Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, conversational
• Implement or integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related technologies to automate

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application maintenance capabilities.
• Proven ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience working with business analysts, QA teams, developers, functional specialists, and
