📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and operational
• Build and maintain customer portals and related digital applications for accessible, reliable
• Manage the full software development lifecycle: translate requirements into technical designs
• Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities and integrate modern customer
• Develop AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR
• Integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related technologies to automate document processing

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and
• Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application maintenance capabilities.
• Proven ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ability to manage multiple user stories and
• Experience working with business analysts, QA/testing teams, developers, functional specialists
