📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Build and maintain customer portals and digital applications
• Manage the full software development lifecycle
• Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities and integrate modern customer engagement
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, conversational
• Implement or integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related technologies for intelligent

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics expertise: strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting
• Customer portal development experience
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application maintenance skills
• Full software development lifecycle experience
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
