🎯 Requirements

7+ years in security architecture, software dev, or cloud security.
5+ years in a leadership role.
Engineering background MUST.
Proven leadership in high-performing security teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP desirable.
Strong cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, and CSPM/CWPP background.
Ability to influence security initiatives across cross-functional teams.
