Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as Security Champion across product teams, prioritizing security from the outset.
• Design Secure by Design solutions with threat modeling in reviews.
• Promote Secure Coding standards via CI/CD automation and reviews.
• Lead Vulnerability Management and Remediation, tracking remediation across teams.
• Develop and maintain standard security packages for consistent use.
• Conduct and support Penetration Testing, both manual and automated.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years hands-on AppSec/DevSecOps or similar.
• Software engineer with strong security interest.
• Deep SDLC and secure-by-design understanding.
• Skilled in SAST, DAST, SCA, and security automation.
• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript; AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with pentesting or red-team engagements.
