Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with product/platform/security to integrate security into the SDLC
• Perform application security reviews, threat modeling, and design reviews
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in apps, APIs, services, and pipelines (SAST/DAST/SCA)
• Remediate pen test, bug bounty, and audit findings with documentation
• Guide secure coding practices, auth, API security, and secrets management
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

Technical skills:

• Strong app security and secure SDLC experience
• Code reviews, threat modeling, and security reviews
• GitLab CI/CD security: SAST/DAST/SCA
• Python or Go/Java proficiency

Soft skills:

• Clear communication with stakeholders
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams
