Application Security Program Manager

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for a large customer portfolio; own end-to-end experience.
• Provide high-touch support; perform independent analysis and triage before escalation.
• Develop and own repeatable workflows to scale self-service entry.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align strategy; advocate for automation.
• Translate pentesting findings into actionable guidance for security/engineering.
• Build customer-facing docs, runbooks, and enablement materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a technical customer-facing role
• Familiarity with application security or developer tools
• Working knowledge of application security fundamentals
• Exposure to security tools ecosystem: scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management systems
• Background in technical program management, technical account management or scaled customer success
• Fluent in Korean, advanced in English
