📋 Description

• Guide prospective and returning adult learners through university application and admissions
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand students’ educational and career goals, previous
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records throughout the admissions funnel, tracking
• Help students assess their readiness for online coursework and connect them with appropriate
• Monitor student progress and use data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, enrollment
• Protect the confidentiality and security of student information, follow applicable data-security

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working with adult students in an online higher education environment.
• Understanding of the specific challenges, motivations, and needs of adult learners pursuing degree
• Demonstrated ability to work toward individual and organizational performance goals.
• Experience using CRM, LMS, SIS, or similar technologies supporting online education and student
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, including familiarity with FERPA and student privacy
