Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Support and maintain critical OT systems, including NMS and SCADA, ensuring system availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and operational technology issues within
• Support, maintain, and develop custom interfaces between the OT systems and ESB and third-party
• Support, maintain, and enhance custom NMS reporting functionality to meet operational and business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related
• Proven ability to support, maintain and troubleshoot mission-critical IT/OT systems with high
• Excellent Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting capabilities (Bash, KSH)
• Excellent SQL querying, database analysis, and PL/SQL programming skills
• Experience in Python programming
• Experience developing and maintaining system integrations and custom interfaces
