Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide technical application support for production applications, systems, and business teams
• Provide two-tier support to end users, troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and
• Develop data extractions, reports, and analyses based on client or business requirements using

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related professional experience in application support
• Strong experience providing two-tier application support and resolving issues in production
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-module custom applications and perform structured
• Strong understanding of database principles with extensive hands-on SQL experience.
• Working knowledge of UNIX and networking, along with experience supporting Java-based applications.
• Familiarity with operating systems, middleware, databases, and web servers and how these components
