Application Support Consultant - L1 Finance

📋 Description

• Provide first-level support to partners and customers per SLA.
• Become proficient with Acumatica product suite.
• Troubleshoot and analyze application issues via phone, chat, and web meetings.
• Maintain positive, professional client relationships.
• Analyze customer business/technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Educate clients on effectively using Acumatica products.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing principles.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in account management or service and support; software troubleshooting a plus.
• Strong verbal/written communication and customer service focus.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
