Application Support Developer

📋 Description

• Provide timely technical support for internal users and external clients
• Monitor and manage support requests and incidents
• Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
• Develop, modify, enhance, and maintain application solutions
• Support application deployments, releases, maintenance fixes, and enhancements
• Update technical documentation and support materials

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in application development and application support roles
• Hands-on experience building enterprise workflows, particularly using the Appian platform
• Strong knowledge of Appian objects and capabilities, including Records, Sites, Actions, Expression
• Mandatory experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and Unix scripting
• Strong experience developing and maintaining SQL/Oracle, Java, Power BI, Talend, ETL processes, and
