🎯 Requirements

3+ years in application or system-level support.
Active Directory.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
IIS 7+ or higher: knowledge of configuration options.
Ability to create and run simple queries in SQL Server.
Windows Server support experience (2008+).
