Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical contact for customers; timely responses and resolutions.
• Investigate issues by analyzing configurations, environments, logs, and code behavior.
• Read and understand codebases and docs to identify root causes and fix problems.
• Develop and deploy targeted fixes using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript in production and test.
• Configure core app functionality, including business rules and environment settings.
• Escalate complex issues with documentation and recommended next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across config, code defects, and environments.
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET; ability to read, debug, modify production code.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using Visual Studio or VS Code.
