Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize incoming customer support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, providing updates and translating issues into
• Investigate issues by analyzing configurations, environments, logs, and code behavior.
• Read and understand codebases and docs to identify root causes and craft fixes.
• Develop and deploy targeted code fixes using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript across environments.
• Review releases, validate cloud environments, and coordinate deployments with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across configuration, code defects, and
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET; ability to read, debug, and modify production code.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases.
