Application Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with timely resolution.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers with clear updates.
• Investigate issues by analyzing configurations, environments, logs, and code behavior.
• Read codebases and docs to identify root causes and craft fixes.
• Develop and deploy fixes using C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Configure core functionality and environment-specific settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET to read, debug, and modify production code.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience using Visual Studio or VS Code.
