Application Support Engineer (Support Level 1)

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to B2B clients using dxFeed market-data products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-load market data systems
• Communicate with clients, providing technical guidance and integration support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions
• Identify root causes and propose long-term solutions
• Monitor system health, performance, and software behavior

🎯 Requirements

• General interest in finance; plus understanding of development processes
• Experience with global clients
• Strong communication and soft skills
• Handle high information flow (tickets, alerts, chats)
• Basic Java/Python/C/C++
• Linux/Unix basics (bash, logs, IP/TCP)
