Application Support Engineer (Support Level 1)

📋 Description

• Provide technical support to B2B clients using dxFeed market-data products
• Troubleshoot high-load financial systems (market data delivery)
• Communicate with clients, provide technical guidance and integration support
• Maintain records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions
• Identify root causes and propose long-term solutions
• Assist with rollout of new products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in finances (trading, investments)
• Experience with global clients
• Strong communication and soft skills
• Ability to work in fast-changing contexts and handle stress
• Linux/Unix basics, bash, logs, and configuration familiarity
• Basic knowledge of Java, Python, and/or C/C++
