📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Perform operational tasks with Microsoft Cloud technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous IT support experience.
• Azure and/or M365 certification (Fundamentals/Administrator or Associate).
• Strong MS SQL skills and query execution.
• Hands-on experience with APIs.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
