Applications Analyst

📋 Description

• Support, monitor and maintain software infrastructures and applications
• Maintain and develop the on-going reliability, performance, management and support of applications
• Mentor and train other members of the team
• Provide application administration and subject matter expertise to project delivery
• Identify and implement system enhancements
• Involve in the design and development of future system requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in IT role performing user support, training, and supporting the installation
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Experience of process mapping and procedure documentation and controls
• Knowledge of troubleshooting computer (hardware and software) and/or communications faults
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and administration tools, and MS Office
• An awareness of a range of IT related technologies and their practical applications in support
