📋 Description

• Governance & admin for Salesforce ecosystem; SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Lifecycle for new integrations; design, develop, deploy.
• Sign-off on data models/flows; align with Salesforce architecture.
• Admin Tray.io iPaaS; deliver scalable automations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement; translate GTM/CX/Marketing needs into solutions.
• Day-to-Day Application Support; triage and resolve Salesforce issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in app administration for 500+ users.
• Deep Salesforce integration using Connected Apps, OAuth, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Change management and data governance; SOX/ITGC compliant.
• Middleware experience: Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
• Lead complex cross-functional technical projects.
• Salesforce certifications highly valued.
