Applications and Integrations Lead

📋 Description

• Own architecture, governance, and strategic roadmap for GTM and CX platforms.
• Lead Applications & Integrations team; hands-on Salesforce, apps, and integrations.
• Establish operational frameworks for stability, security, and audit-readiness.
• Own project lifecycle for new integrations; design, develop, deploy integrations.
• Tray.io iPaaS automation; lead scalable automations across the ecosystem.
• Stakeholder engagement translating requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of app administration in mid-to-large environments (>500 users).
• Deep knowledge integrating Salesforce via Connected Apps, OAuth, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong in change management, data governance, SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Experience configuring middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
• Guiding complex tech projects with cross-functional dependencies.
• Familiar with SaaS tools like Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Clari.
