Applications Coordinator

📋 Description

• Manage the application pipeline from intake to close.
• Determine applicant eligibility per Guaranteed Rent criteria.
• Own compliance and risk on every application.
• Communicate proactively with owners and applicants via email, text, and phone.
• Keep systems and records current as leases, renewals, and addendums are executed.
• Flag recurring issues and surface insights to improve the pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in property management, operations, compliance, or related field.
• Structured judgment: execute standardized processes, reason through edge cases.
• High-volume execution: sustain quality in a high-throughput pipeline.
• Customer communication: strong written and verbal skills across channels.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and Google Suite required.
• AI proficiency: use AI to work faster while applying human judgment.
