• Cloud & Container Expertise – 4+ years with GCP and Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Observability – Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Grafana
• ITIL/ITSM incident management and production troubleshooting
• Security & Compliance – GCP security practices, secrets rotation
• CI/CD & Deployment – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI; blue-green/canary
• Networking & Troubleshooting – TCP/IP, DNS, VPC, load balancers
