📋 Description

• Lead pension payroll module implementation across multiple client projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Configuration Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end configuration lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Translate complex client requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Review configurations and test cases; enforce best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, infrastructure, and other module leads on requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years in pension payroll, benefits administration, or related IT implementation roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of pension payroll domain: calculations, accruals, deductions, compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, testing, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of pension payroll systems and configuration management practices.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
