Execute defect analysis, configuration, and unit testing.
Develop and execute unit test plans, test cases, and scripts.
Defect fixes for mid-to-high complexity – Forms & Letters, Web Config components.
Demonstrate task ownership for assigned work.
Participate in process automation ideas.
Timely communication to Lead and Onshore Counterpart.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of configuration experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; certifications often preferred.
Strong software development foundation; proficient in Java, C, or C#.
Writing basic SQL queries to extract data from large databases.
Clear understanding of unit testing, test case creation and execution.
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access.
